"Listen, Linda Listen. Mike literally is my Jake from State Farm!! From beginning text message, to me calling him back because the text message was so thorough I thought it was AI but when I spoke to him literally that was how he was! He was personable I did not feel like a number but more like he treated me like I was his Grandmother! He gave me options, was thorough, was kind, let me talk and he listened. Then gave me answers that only catered to what I asked! I have career wise been in customer service as an Executive for over 20 years being responsible for over 13,000 employees before retiring out and if I could clone only Mike's man my team would have been a dream team. Let me be clear State Farm you better pay him well and keep him as he is a rare gem that you are indeed privileged to have him! I bought car insurance,renters insurance and buying life insurance for me and my kids because of his service solely. I mean that with my entire being! ONLY because of Mike! Five Star employee for certain!"

"*** Update after a year of service and several more vehicles added to the policy the service and value for the price is still top notch!
